Client brief

Challenge: Fragmented Product Data and Inconsistent Proposal Management

Information on Floorin’s vast product range was scattered—some data stored in Excel, some as links to manufacturers’ websites, while proposals circulated back and forth via email. Each sales representative prepared offers in slightly different ways. There was no unified system connecting product data, visuals, and proposals. The result: inconsistent offers, low traceability, and fragmented workflows.

Solution: Vispak – a Digital Moodboard

The inspiration came from Floorin’s own showroom—a large display wall where interior designers place materials to assess how they fit together in a complete solution.

This same idea led to the creation of Vispak:

  • A digital tool where products can be dragged onto a design surface, swapped out, resized, and reordered
  • Ability to add close-up shots or contextual photos for each product
  • Visualization of the overall mood of the planned space
  • Creation of a visual proposal that includes selected materials, their prices, and an option to order samples to the showroom

Vispak is powered by Wenture PIM software, which consolidates all product data, documentation, descriptions, and visuals. The PIM ensures all information is up to date and managed centrally—no need for manual updates in Excel files or website content. Vispak also integrates with Floorin’s other information systems, so notifications about design proposals are sent automatically.
