The Wenture-built solution covers the full scope of the system — the mobile app, backend infrastructure, admin environment (back-office), and layered security components — delivering a fast and reliable train travel experience. Key features include:

Real-time information and alerts: Users can track trains in real time and, in the future, receive personalized notifications about schedule changes or disruptions.

Convenient payment: Stored payment methods make checkout as easy as a single tap, similar to modern apps like Bolt.

Corporate travel features: Companies can use corporate payment cards or manage employee travel expenses through a postpaid credit system.

Multi-layer cybersecurity: The system includes comprehensive security strategies, logging, penetration testing, and source code protection to ensure resilience against hybrid threats.

Smart discounts: Upcoming features will introduce tickets with local government and personalized fare discounts, allowing users to travel easily without the need to carry physical proof or cards.
The app is designed to support high availability and scalability, as Triebstok explains:
“The system must be able to handle over 200,000 concurrent users, meaning it needs to react quickly to peak loads while minimizing resource use during quieter periods.”
